one of the most amazing app I've used is gate guro or something like that, i was using it as a daily basis it will inform me about the flight condition on time , delayed or anything and the expected time to arrive it will tell me also if the travellers has left the plane so i can track the client a step by step.

so after the client left the plane you can call him to meet him or check how was his flight.
