I don't suggest that kids should start learning at the age of.
But if you really want to then start with really basic and interacting tool likehttp://www.youthdigital.com/ and https://code.org/learn
I share the recommendation of Junaid Tariq, code.org has a good tutorials for kids
I highly recommend code.org which is best for kids and for any age. They have created their applications in a very interactive way so that a normal person or a kid can understand very easily.
I don't agree with some of people who say that programming is not for kids it should be learn from graduation. No, Internet is full of awesome things for every age of people. Kids can learn programming.
The place you can go for is teamtreehouse.com, lynda.com or even pluralsight. They do charge around-$ per month. But they have courses taught by industry experts and courses can also be filtered base on the level of beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Especially look for paths, for instance Lynda.com Playlists are course that are grouped together based on the category. Like if you wanted to be a Web Designer, Developer, Graphic Designer, Photographer each field has specific playlist.
Seriously at the age of , No programming now let them enjoy life and study. Programming can be learnt from graduation.
Use Goggle or You-Tube for searching with key word, you will get many sites.
I would recommend to make them learn/practice and understand analytical thinking and reasoning that helps them to understand the concepts of programming in a good way. Thanks.
I recommend to use blockly which is a google project.
Codecademy might be appropriate.
