How to maintain electrical motor in running condition?,in running condition,the way of motor maintenence is correct or not?

parang tangang magtanong.. if you don,t know how to maintain a motor then take a risk or call a licences person or company..., that's  all tank you...............................................................

If you mean by running condition that its continuously operating then you can't dude everything needs a break.

But if you mean in an operable condition then adhering to a proper maintenance schedule and good engineering practices should suffice

normally we have to some preventive maintenance to the motor in daily/weekly/monthly/annually basis. it s depends upon the rating of the motor (HT/LT motor). we need to the monitor the bearing temperature at DE and NDE end, abnormal noise, vibration at DE and NDE end, Body temperature etc. if you found any abnormal noise in motor, it may be due to bearing failure. so you need to change the bearing, or otherwise change the bearing grease. grease to be changed depends upon the running hours recommended by manufacturers. every shutdown check motor terminal tightness and cleanliness. if found any abnormalities switch off the motor and check the problem and resolve it. 

it is not a correct way of motor maintenance while running but if desirable we'll have to see the status of fault whether it can be repair in running status or we'll have to bring it out from power.
