Remuneration and rewarding are kind of tools that are used to motivate and create enthusiasm among employees. It may differ how company reward its employees but it could be like: A bonus - An increase in salary - Higher position ... etc

yes good remuneration will increases the responsibilities of an employer.

Enthusiasm  should not stop , my mind no need emphasis on the desired goal
