Why do people choose a particular career path. For example Human resources?

Everyone must choose a career in that way only you can spend a better life by earning a good amount. You should choose one career path but do not only rely on that you must have at least2-3 different career specialties so that one ill never be in a problem of crisis can move in or fit in any job. 

HR is a better place to work for some people. In that way they can get more chances to grow up fast to meet with more people to see how the relations work.
