I have35 years of experience in the Middle East in Senior Management positions. Why does it become difficult to find a job as you gain experience but get older as well.

Experience is actually based on time spent in a certain field, not how many years you have been in it. Just because a person has been doing something for ten years or they are old doesn’t mean she/he has the most experience. So since your ability and credibility is not determined by your age but by your experience measured in hours, you need to make sure you are spending a lot of committed time towards leveling up in your field. That is why identifying your life goals and passions is so important. It helps you focus early and level up faster than your peers. The earlier you start, and the more hours you spend on something each day, the stronger you will become in that field. By then, even though you are younger than everyone around you, as long as you continuous create good value for everyone, you would have established your credibility and gain the respect of others.
Experience is greater than age.
For job experience is required not the age.
Experience is directly related to age. Unfortunately, a lot of companies want young professionals with a lot of experience - that's a catch22. I feel organizations should value the person for their experience and not their age.
It is very difficult to say which is more important. Both age and experience are important. You can express it as60% for experience and40% for age.
It is natural that get to experience a number of years you spend at work
Experience comes from the ages you spend on your work/job so both are equally important unless you spend your age without doing anything............
