How to get a good Instructor/Trainer?

There are many personal qualities and skills get a good instructor/ Trainer.
These include: having training certification.
level of understanding other psychology.
being good at explaining things.
being a people person and enjoy working with a wide range of people.
enthusiasm.
having a strong knowledge in particular subject areas.
being a good time manager.
ability to work in a team as well as using your own initiative.
keeping your cool under pressure.
having patience and a good sense of humour.
Good instructor/ Trainer know that by listening to and working with colleagues, parents, other professionals and community members that they can inspire trainee and improve their learning.

To get a good trainer you must be sure that he has : - 1 - trainer certificate 2 - experience
3- flexibility in building relationships with trainees

No one know the answer for this question as you.... A good trainer is not the good one for all: everybody has a lack in a certain area in his life and no one know this better area than you. Second a good trainer deponds on how you want him: honest, skilled, kick your buttom,..., it depends.

 

A good trainer knows his field very well, empathic, has effective communication skills and is very patient.
