Several ways you can follow , but in my opinion i prefer the following :

  • Commission them.
  • Let them know that they are your goals not a profit.
  • Encourage them even they did mistakes , then learn them how to repair it.
  • Let one of them give training to others , to find out where is the weakness, and make it regularly.one of them per training.
  • Follow Employee of Month Policy.
  • Incentive is very important for whom achieved the goal.
  • Visit with them the Market\\Client\\P.Client and inform customer that you bring with you the most clever\\brilliant SR you have.
  • Celebrate with them when you achieve your target , and inform them that they are the main reason behind this victory.
  • Neglect \\ Resign inactive one to let them know that you are beside them not against them.
  • Gather them monthly and ask them what they need , what are their suggestions, what they prefer to improve their mission.

Truly understanding the biggest obstacle to higher productivity.   Once you know what the biggest problem is, it will probably be relatively easy to solve.  Once you have solved it, move on to the second biggest problem and so on.
