From my point of view I think that the biggest challenge in customer service when they are angry customers  about the product must talk to them in a calm way and understand their point of view and to meet their needs.

serving those kind of customers will really boost up your reputation and the company's reputation as well.

biggest challenge in customer service is how will you give your best service to the customer.

my answer is you should have self confidence and do not show any signs of doubts when you are talking and helping to the customer.

let them feel that you understand them,make them feel that you are indeed finding the best options to their problems and make sure that they will decide the best decision for them so that we will have a best customer service company.

The biggest challenge is to convince the customers when it comes to services. Most of the time customers will not be happy when they come to the customer service desk either because they will have an issue with the product or they want a replacement of wrong product purchased. It is very important to handle customers in such cases because if the problem is not solved they can be harmful as they will start bad marketing (word of mouth) and you might lose some more customer because of them.

 I feel when it comes to customer service we should greet the customer with a smiling face, listen to him carefully, understand the problem, make him comfortable and try to solve his problem while providing the best service.

Every customer is important to a company, hence when he returns with a solved problem he will recommend to all his friends and family to visit your company, which will in turn help in creating a good reputation.

Telephone introduced the challenge of understanding people without seeing them.

 

Email brought the challenge of understanding emotions and communicating well with no tone of voice. Now with social media, companies face all those challenges with the extra pressure of doing it in front of the world.

The biggest customer service  challenge is  achieving and delivering a consistent customer experience across all the channels.Customers look at the services you deliver and expect consistency which is sometimes hard to get all departments  working towards the same.One way to overcome this challenge is to ensure the team is in constant communication and customer support initiatives.

the biggest challenge in customer service is delivering consistent customer experience across all channels ,understanding that a customer should receive a consistently good experience is another thing but implementing it is something else and without retaining  customers and poor customer service it affects the brand of the company

According to me its not a big challenge to handle any kind of customer. The only big challenge is to handle the particular customer. 

When you send out an email it will be a different challenge

When you talk to customer through phone it will be different

When it comes to one - one conversation it will be different.

So the perceptions will affect only when we promise something to customer and we provide something else.
