What are the best books for employee relationship management?

To develop relationship I don't think you would require some book.

It is you who will make difference;

1) Your approach

2) Your willingness to accept

3) Adjust according to time

All the above will help.

You can refer one book i.e. Employee fundamentals (HR Fundamentals) by Elizabeth Aylott

You can prefer book with case studies I have lots but i find "Dynamics of Employee Relationship Management: A case study in Public Sectors" good .

Mr. Musab and Mr. Vikas answered very well and feel the same and as such I have not read any books particularly, but when ever and I read any such relationship articles which I feel are useful and try to implement them in person. Thanks.
