yes off course so i go with formal relational with some parts of friendship
It is always better to have friendly relation with your employee, simultaneously you have to draw a line between personal relation and work. Also the employee should know that mistakes will not be tolerated how so ever good relations are.
A manager should always be friend with his/her colleagues. But this friendship should not hamper the professional relationship among them. ER issues can be best analysed by a manager who knows the employee personally and make rational decision. So, I dont it will be harder, rather it will easier to solve ER related issues
Thanks Dear,
In my opinion , being friend with your employees will help you more and make it easier , but to keep your legal entity out of this relation.
I don't think so rather it will be helpful to make them understand and help them to resolve as well. Thanks.
Agree with colleagues good relation with your employees will leads to smooth process for any issues.
Well, there is a great difference between business and personal relationships. Hence, we should differentiate the nature of relationship/ friendship that you mentioned above.
If there's any kind of personal relationships, it doesn't have to interfere with the business in any way.
A manager should apply the emotional intelligence in manager to employee relations.Friendliness can create a bias and perception of influence however through emotional intelligence manager can both the friend and delegate tasks appropriately
Being friend with your employees helps you in creating a friendly work environment but as a boss one should maintane a certain distance.
