What is most preferable when accepting job? a good Company or a good Boss?

I would prefer both of them , but officially , we need to seek the good manager , because we will get experience from him.

As per me, If the company good, there we would have a formal way of communication and a better working environment. I will select the company if I am not applying for a PA post

Good Boss Other wise it is very hard to
