Just would like to know your thought of having a business in which sector, competitive market or monopolistic market. Just write your answer YES it means you like competitive market where you can grow your business at the same time your skills too. NO mean monopolistic market where there is no competition and high profit because of single player in the marketplace. No preferred location, anywhere as you wish,
Naturally No. I personally had the experience to sell to the market the product with over% market share during many years keeping the monopolist position. There are big numbers of advantages and benefits in such situation which easily overlap any negative factors. On the other hand for new comers who just try to enter the market and start their business the tough competitions is also increasing the risk of failure and loss. Thats why there are many international and local regulations making competition conditions just suitable or motivating and setting by force barriers for monopolist.. However for me as customer competition is definitely essential factor of progress.
Definitely YES !.... because then only we can introduce innovative ideas according to the trend.
Competition is good for consumers. When there is perfect competitive market there will be;
1) Price control.
2) Better quality/product
3) Innovation
4) Consumer satisfaction
But if it is for my product in my business, I would not like competitive market. I would like to make good profits, better/more market share. Even though I would like to provide best product to the market/customer still I would like to enjoy monopoly market for my product.
If it becomes competitive market I would have to price my product as per competition and would not be able to make better/good profits and hence I would not prefer competition market.
Thanks for invitation
Yes, competitive one
YES,
The competitive market enhances innovation, productivity and efficiency; as a result the cost of goods come down- and then you have more customer. More customers mean more business and ultimately higher profit in the long run.
With higher demand for goods, demand for raw materials increases and the backward linkage of your business also gets a boosts which actually transferred to overall improvement of country economy.
"Yes" Because in a competitive field one can learn from previous participants and strive to do better than they do by analysing what they have done well and those where they have done poor and try to implement industry best standards and benchmarking.
With that said, it will also depends on who the competitors. As an example, if the government of Saudi Arabia happens to develop a paid-for tourist website, do you think I will be able to compete with them? The answer is no except I am as rich as they are. So it does actually depends also on financial capability.
However, it also depends on the industry. For example, If I am doing something quite unique, then there is no competition which eventually means that my business is a niche.
