Factory manager,production is very important for any factory, is it possible to cover one of them by other?

It depend on the volume of the business and responsibilities required from the Factory manager  

The responsibilities of Factory Manager and Production Manager are quite different.

1.   The production Manager deals with the details of design, production process, scheduling of production and responsible for ultimate product quality.

2.   On the contrary, the Factory Manager deals with a lot other things, i.e. ensuring raw materials, financing for production,  ensure required manpower, overall production process and  warehousing

3.   However, in small company, Factory Manager  may also look after the functions of production Manager, if feasible

Both are required and necessary for the business
