By taking new challenges you can develop your skills and experience

1.  Develop your interpersonal relationship skill, communications skill and team working skill and practice it in your work environment.

2.  Develop a habit of saying “thank you” to all when you get a favor

3.  Develop your listening skill and analyzing the information quickly. Put up your points in meeting and get noticed to your boss and peers

4.   Develop Analytical skill to diagnose and solve problem

5.   Show you sympathy to others, whether it is for personal or for official matters

6.   Try to learn from your boss as much as possible and so you and your boss remains connected to solve problems jointly

7.   Read the text book and apply the acquired knowledge in actual workplace as much as possible

8.   Offer yourself or volunteer yourself to write report or prepare presentations either alone or in a team so that you get noticed by your boss

Study the development and enhancement  in environment and adopt the technological support.
