Some of the effective approaches to sales process and techniques training include:first and foremost knowing in and outs of your products which you are going to sell or market.

Therefore training the team on knowledge of the products is one important aspect.

Incentives based on the business.

Good customer relationship skills and adhering to them.

Always make the customer to feel that he wants to come back for business.
