Hi Mr. mohamed
well to answer your question factually, i will be straight forward but maybe the answer wont make you feel happy, but the answer i will give you is straight from the street market, from the mouth of many interprenuers and managers alike...
Okay first, there was a visa ban on the labor force from bangaldish like in saudi arabia, but this ban has been lifted and visas will be issued, othe countries did the same, but
the real reason was, that unfortunately the reputation of bangladish workers according to many many feed back from many people, both private sector and business alike cited that, they would never hire a bangladish worker ever due to behaviural and attitude problems with the arabs and so on
here is a link to just one example of what i say for you to read
http://www.arabnews.com/news/735081
http://www.thenational.ae/uae/uae-visa-office-opens-in-bangladeshi-capital
this problem caused a lot of backlashing at the recruitment peocess, also one of them is the viability
of their qualifications compared to current demands
so yeh..unfortunately this is the sad news, but cheer up, i mean depending on how you
show people what you made of it doesnt matter where you come from
example, many arab countries seem keen on hiring philipinos and indian workers
why? because they are cheap labour, and also they work like no tomorrow
compared to other nationalities...
In qatar, everyone knows that they treat the labour their very bad
in terms of thei basic needs and much more
you could ask any one lived there about it.
anyway, this is the fact about why they dont hire them much anymore in the gulf
but this vary from country to another
hope this answer did not putt you off or make you hate me :)
yours sincerelymichael fredrek
