I applied for many companies but no one called for interview, how can I get at least an interview?

I know that experience play a major role in selection process but  most of the time I applied for graduates programs which does not required any experience and only require a degree. I am also available since I was graduated and change my CV from time to time but one year till now without any call for interview.
