To answer the questions asked at the interview, with no hesitation and also in a "WOW" level, if possible.  Once at an interview, the employer asked me as to how long it would take me from home to reach the office, if selected.  My response was though my travel time was 3/4 hours, I would leave home 11/2 hours before the start time, the reason being, an allowance for traffic & accidents.  I scored a point on this and got the job!
