What is outline risk assessment for working on scaffolding?

1- Scaffold Collapse- ensure the scaffolding is certified and tagged as safe to use

2- Fall from height of materials and tools, ensure the toe boards are in place and that tools are fixed in ropes to the scaffolding if possible

3- Fall from height of Workers, ensure that all workers are using and hooking safety harness and inspect the scaffolding regularly to make sure it's safe to use.
