As a leader , how would you prefer your assistant , fresh graduated and you will train him\\her or experienced one ?

i would prefer fresh graduate because now a days fresh graduates are more energetic, they wanted to learn new things and the best part is they are creative. 

fresh because he is more accepted for any comments and guides

it is dependent the task i need him to assist me 

No wonder, well experienced person would be selected to compete with this competitive market, no time to train anyone as we are running out of time to complete our target and goals.  

I would prefer a fresh graduate and he will be trained. The first reason is he needs to develop his expertise and it is essential that leaders give them such an opportunity. Being new in the subject, he will also need to do some research and may identify some areas the team should concentrate on.

If I am a good leader I shall train my assistant to perfection.

But for the answer to you question, It would depend on the situation and point at with I would require an assistant.

If it is for routine jobs I would not require an expert so I would be able to train him.

But if the job is critical such as sales manager, administration manager, Accounts manager, or any managerial job I would require a expert. 

Ability to work under minimum supervision must be the one I may look for in both of them. That person will have fire in the belly to grasp quickly.
