Technically, all the above-mentioned are to be considered as Capital in factoring production as it aims in helping production output. However, if you are gonna be strict about it, MONEY in its plain and simple definition does not qualify as Capital. The only time money becomes Capital as factor of production is if it is "Money Borrowed" in the context of financial capital, a principle recognized in neoclassical economics which i adhere to.
