Agreed with all friends.
A vision statement is a declaration of an company's objectives,
ideally based on economic foresight, which is intended to guide its internal decision-making of the company.
It can benefit an organization as well as an individual. The benefits are: .....1) Makes it easier to define the actions and goals that will help you achieve your vision.
.....2) Acts as a yardstick against which you can measure your current reality and your progress.
.....3) Allows you to evaluate your values. If, for example, one of your values is honesty, you know if you're compromising your vision by being dishonest.
Vision statement clearly tells about what organizations want to do their objectives and goal..Thank you Sir for inviting me.
An aspirational description of what an organization would like to achieve or accomplish in the mid-term or long-term future.
One question I am asked regularly is – what is the difference between a vision and a mission statement? Now by putting this opinion out there, many may disagree and say it’s the other way around, but this is what I believe is the difference, and what I follow when working with customers to define vision and mission statements. All you need to do is look at the words – vision and mission – to know in your heart that that this explanation makes sense right? I will let the global brand leaders speak on my behalf with the examples below, but I’m not surprised people are confused. When doing research to make sure I had the current vision and mission statements I’ve referenced, a lot of the professionals advising in this space have it the wrong way around and back to front! It’s confusing, and so I will put my stake in the ground and stand by my opinion below.VisionA vision statement is a short and inspiring phrase of what a business intends to become and achieve at some point in the future. It is something a company constantly strives towards and should always be positioned in a future focused way. It captures the essence of a company’s’ goal but does not explain how you are going to achieve those goals. The most important thing a vision statement must do is inspire and energize its employees. If it’s that good, every employee in your organisation will be guided by it and remember it. Is yours that good? Or worse, is it hidden in the back room because someone forgot to put it up?I believe that both vision and mission statements should be in every office where employees can see them and embrace the ideas. Everyone needs to “live” them and be reminded of them as the core drivers of business.
Agree with above expert answer.
THANKS FOR INVITATION I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THIS SUBJECT BUT I ENJOY WITH THE COMMENTS
Vision statement is brief a declaration of an organization's objectives,
A one-sentence statement describing the clear and inspirational long-term desired change resulting from organizations work
A carefully crafted vision statement can help you communicate your company's goals to employees and management in a single sentence or a few concise paragraphs. While a well-thought-out statement may take a few days or weeks to craft, the result will be a tool that helps inspire strategic decision making and product development for your business for years to come.
Why is this important if your company is already successful? According to a recent study that appeared in the Harvard Business Review, up to percent of employees do not understand their company's strategy. Failure to understand your company's position can lead to poor decision making at all levels of an organization. For that reason, the first step toward crafting a vision statement is to take a careful look at where you are as a company, your place in the industry and your realistic goals for the intermediate and long term.
Vision statements are aspirational; they lay out the most important primary goals for a company. Unlike business plans, vision statements generally don't outline a plan to achieve those goals. But by outlining the key objectives for a company, they enable the company's employees to develop business strategies to achieve the stated goals. With a single unifying vision statement, employees are all on the same page and can be more productive.
