Now a days and in the past the most thing affect on leadership is (Culture) inside the organization , and one of the most challenging task for the leaders is " how to unit the organization crew on one culture ! "

this assigned culture called (( Organization Objectives \\ Goals )) , if he- she failed to unite them toward these objectives  , he will face

• Multi - Cultures conflict.
• Employees Turbulence.
• Organization Ruining  

Providing Team Leadership

• Many leaders are not equipped to handle the change to teams.
• New skills such as the patience to share information, trust others, give up authority, and knowing when to intervene are paramount.
• Team leaders are liaisons with external constituencies, troubleshooters, conflict managers, and coaches

Mentoring: A senior employee who sponsors and supports a less-experienced employee.

Self-Leadership: A set of processes through which individuals control their own  behavior.

Moral Leadership

• Leadership is not value free - before we judge who is an "effective" leader, we must consider both the means used to achieve goals and the moral content of those goals.

ONLINE LEADERSHIP: SOME SPECULATIVE THOUGHTS

§         Most research has been conducted with “face-to-face” and “verbal” leadership situations.

§         What about online leadership?  There is no “non-verbal” component (you cannot “read” the other person via email).

§         Instead, the structure of words in digital communications can influence reactions: full sentences, phrases, USING ALL CAPS, formality, importance/urgency, style (emoticons, jargon, abbreviations, etc).   Messages can convey trust, status, task directives, or emotional warmth. 

§         Writings skills are likely to become an extension of interpersonal skills in the future.

The following contemporary issues affecting leadership. 

1.    Steering the financial health of the organization when we are moving to globalized economy

2.    The power full antisocial elements in the society which damage the organizational repute through scam e.g. share market scam

3.    Short product life cycle due to changing consumer behavior and IT related innovation ( e.g. within a year, there was several model of Samsung edge mobile). 

So, in order to cope with the above noted issues, the leadership has to think proactively to equip him with global economic situation, latest product knowledge and risk management skills and integrate these variables with his own conviction to pursue the organization’s mission. 

The leader need to implement management of risk , management of change and management of innovation across the whole hierarchy of the organization with full commitment from people to remain on the top of business
