Cultural diversity is not a problem. In fact it is strength and to be managed correctly and supported by all to create more synergy. The following are the advantages:
1. The People will see and learn work ethics from each other. So, productivity will go up
2. Since all come from different region, each carry a unique set of knowledge, which will be shared to all to enhance individuals skills,
3. The most interesting thing is that team building is easy as all would like to have some sort of togetherness in different country setting
4. It creates an environment of outward looking and the local people will also work hard to go out of the country.
Diversity can create a serious challenge for managers, especially when it comes to appreciation of team thoughts, beliefs and way of thinking however, and because of all what it can bring to business environments it does create alot of success opportunities especially in regards to innovation, marketing and bringing business into international level.
