We all know there is office politics exists between staff of company, in all departments, either your place or another, some goes on without encountering, others see it frequently.
Politics is there everywhere and organisation is no exception to it.
Politics can have below effect;
1) low Productivity
2) negative Motivation
3) Increase in staff turn over

Alhamdulillah, here in my work we dint have any politrics.
Politics in an work may causes :
1. Decrease in overall productivity
2. Affects Concentration of employees.
3. Politics leads to a negative environment at the workplace. It spoils the relationships amongst individuals. An individual playing politics at the organization is disliked by all.
4.Changes the Attitude of employees
5. Internal politics do not allow employees to give their hundred percent at work.
6. Employees indulged in politics manipulate information and it is never passed on in its desired form.
7. Superiors get a wrong picture of what is actually happening in the organization
Office politics is always there in every organisation. A healthy office politics is because of professional rivalry which is partly tolerable. On the other hand, there is a dirty office politics wherein one employee tries to show that he is better than others by hook and crook. It is a unhealthy case of administration which negatively affects the sincere employees who find their tireless efforts have no awards or recognition.
