The company should always to be very keen especially when there is a need to upgrade services. Their training programs must be patterned to what is their company and employee's need. In this way, they can explore new things without spending so much cost for the training. The management as well, should have to be opened in accepting constructive comments coming from their clienteles, or even from the rank in file staff. This will help the company to shape new ideas or re-shape the old ones and come up with a very simple but competitive ideas in making attractions or do good marketing for their business. Management should understand as well the need of their employee's development in terms of learning and development. They should forget not their workforce are their keys to a successful business. Learning is fun. Workers will enjoy so much on their work when at a time they are learning while earning.
