A cheerful person with a positive attitude would make a good customer service representative and make customers love to deal with him/her when the visit the premises. 

While a more strict and negative person will make customers be reluctant and avoid dealing with them.

Yes sure there is .customer service somtimes like daily life talking arguing solving problems etc.

In fact, your personality reflects your behavior and  noatably the way you treat others . As such , openess, patience and generosoty are par excellence quality character and part and parcel for a good customer service profile.

If one is keen on providing clues to daily situations and common behaviours, professionally this will be the case .
