How can I enroll myself into a law college that is not too expensive? And how can I get accepted in a scholarship?

Fees depends upon the popularity of the college. Scholarship, again you need to look for sponsors of the respective countries. Thanks.

I don't have knowledge

in my opinion  you  have to struggle very hard so as to get scholarship in western country which is so good idea but I believe that enrollment in this college need more effort  to be part of it

for example here in Sudan there is a lot of opportunities  to study law especially in KHARTOUM UNIVERSITY

so I advice you to get this experience .

Are you asking about the procedures to enroll? or you are asking about inexpensive colleges?!!

In general follow these steps:

1. Search for the university/college you are interested in.

2. Contact them about registration and requirements

3. Prepare your document (translation, verification ...etc)

4. Mail your documents

About scholarship, it is hard sometimes to get that, however if your grades are high, it should be easier to get that !
