The Concept of Working Capital refers to the funds which are required to keep the business cycle moving without bottlenecks. The concept of Safety is generally understood as a technical aspect ensure no physical & mental hazard to employees in the working environment.
Ideally there is no direct relation of safety with working capital as it is directly connected with the financial requirements of the Organisation. However indirectly it helps in meeting the financial needs of the employees viz., Salaries , safety equipments like - fire estinguishers, sanitation needs etc and also payment other employment benefits.
