Why the employers still don't know about Operations & Supply Chain degree holder performing much better than ordinary or irrelevant degree holder ?

In the current economy downturn, employers and finance managers are concerned on cost-cutting. Also, the leader should be aware of the day to day operations involved in supply chain and logisticss. Most of the employers and team leaders are of the opinion that any graduate with minimum knowledge of handling the operation will suffix the requirement of a logisitics/ supply chain degree holder. By this the pay of the employee is reduced and the work is done in an unprofessional way. It is high time that employers should value the candidates educational background and experience, thereby recruiting a qualified employee.
