diesel engine is effiency because we pull the heavy loads in any climate and the more important maintanence free compare with petrol engine

like- corburater,distributor,spark plug blocking,more electrical switches

The Petrol engine is more efficient as compare to diesel engine because the PE started by spark ignition process & DE is compressive process.

Due to the fact that petrol engines have light parts and can be operated at high revs, they are more performance-efficient than their dieselcounterparts. These engines use spark ignition rather than the compression ignition and have smaller compression ratios than diesel engines.
