From File Menu -> Select export -> MSP as per the Version -> Export -> Check all requirements required -> Finish.
1. Open your Primavera projects in the P6 application. Open the "File" menu and choose "Export."
2. Use the "Format" radio buttons to select the export option that's most compatible with the version of Microsoft Project you're targeting. Primavera offers XML options compatible with Microsoft Project 2003, 2007 and 2010; MPP for Project 2003; and MPX for older versions of Project.
3.Choose "Microsoft Project" as the file format. Click on the "Next" button to continue to the next screen in the export process
4. Check the "Export" check box for each project you're exporting. To change the export file name or location, double-click on the "Export File Name" field
5. Add a new export-options template or make template modifications to change field mappings, currencies, notes on Work Breakdown Structure or other notebook topics, and other settings that govern how your Primavera projects export. Click on the "Next" button to continue
6. Review your export settings and click on the "Finish" button to complete the process. Click on the "Close" button to close the window.
