And i will try to summarize some helpful tips as follow:

1. Search for similar positions if you find it hard to get your real job

2. Accept low salaries in order to get start

3. Develop and improve your skills if possible

4. Be patient !

If you are looking for a job in UAE, first of all study the market and latest trends here.

Electrical Engineers  work as Design Engineers, Site Engineers, MEP Engineers etc., So, depending upon your specialization, you have to keenly observe the Job postings in different Portals. 

For eg, If you want to be a Electrical Design Engineer, you must be specialized in AUTO CAD.

Then draft an attractive cv by browsing different websites and post it in as many Job portals as you can.

You must have lot of patience, passion towards your goal, commitment and last but not the least work hard to achieve your dream job.
