First screening all candidate to select the appropriate applicant for certain position.

communicate with the candidate to check their availability and fix the interview appointment

Conduct the interview

make follow up with the candidate with the interview result 

if the candidate has been chosen then we follow up with HR department for hiring process.

  1. Needs analysis (The job that you want to be filled, culture fit of the individual to be picked)
  2. Describe the Job itself -task responsibilities and accountability, challenges and opportunities and competencies.
  3. Decide on how to receive and assess your candidates - CV screening - aptitude tests and / or psychometric tests
  4. Advertise the job - Internally,Newspapers, Job Boards, Websites, Social Media sites, Networks and contacts.
  5. Shortlist candidates and make a selection - Interviewing, assessment, reference checks and medicals
  6. Make an Offer to the successful candidate - Presentation of the document that both sides agree to given the details listed within.
  7. On-boarding and Training - Induction should be done involving rules and regulations, policies and procedures and health and safety issues to do with the job.
  8. Probation - Once the candidate start performing their assigned job they still have undergo through the probation period to assess the all of the aforementioned requirements and performance. Once this has been approved through a performance review at the end of the probation period then that means the candidate has successfully completed the selection process.
