It is better not to view anything by bias. Criticizing is unhealthy and even talking about criticizing mentality is wste of time. However, healthy criticism of anything is allowed up to a limit.

Such behavior may happen when there is some distinguished behaviors and actions between two or more population or groups, where one party considers the second party at a "low grade" level !
It is not related to nations as much as it is related to some people who don't professionally react, so they criticized others !
