As a professional waiter, how can you show your professionalism when dealing with difficult customers?

- don't interrupt him and let him finish to talk

- don't just always say yes and he will consume you. explain those he can have and can't in a polite manner.

- keep your posture and hold your temper

- keep your tone of voice

- apologize if needed

- anticipate their need before they ask for it.

- smile

being a waiter is difficult...also if u a have struggle a customer to much demanding,but as being  professional waiter you need to think and take long patience to be satisfied the needs of your guest...if the customer have a complain make sure that you can handle the situation and be kind to explain it. and if u think the situation is more difficult that u cannot handle that"s the time to call your supervisor or your manager...

I will be patient with customers and i will show them that we are friendly with them and we will do the best to feel comfortable and happy in our environment.If something go wrong with these customers i will contact with my boss to find a better solution.Show sympathy to the customer by letting him know that you understand his situation. Hear what he has to say and listen attentively. And then, provide the proper resolution to the customer.
