You have two options:
1- Either you can make Joint Venture agreement with similar Enterprises and start working on it successfully with them and their clients, of course, the product price will be very low initially and time by time it could be increased after making big network.
2- Or Legally start branch office of your Enterprises and keep a few Consultants at the Branch office and do all your works at the main office in India. Once you have enough network then you do big expansion of your office too.
Both of them are successful options but first option is more feasible and less expenses too. If you have any special type of ERP software then I can do much more on it.
