What is "Pareto Analysis" in Business Management perspective? How could we use the concept to solve Business Management problems?

Pareto analysis :is a creative way of looking at causes of problems because it helps stimulate thinking and organize thoughts. However, it can be limited by its exclusion of possibly important problems which may be small initially, but which grow with time

• Risks Management : can use it as a proactive step to study the possible risks.
• Prioritize Risks, Tasks, Causes.
• Scheduling the reasons of risks and failure.

the above steps , can help managers to solve and \\or but some pre- solutions , take in consideration that this kind of analysis based on statistical method and use curves and numbers to reach the perfect results.
