What do you do if a company is at a losing end? Would you continue the operation or would you shut it down?

i will be the continue the operation. i will control over on expenses and reduces the liabilities. May be we make the downsizing of staff (only competent) will be on job.

if company is losing, make sure to investigate three things:

investigate HR department 

Find the main reason for losing than

choose the best alternative for solution

not to go directly on end result and closing or continuing to operation because it is not the solution 

If my company is  at a losing end, i would definitely continue the operation maybe i will bring some changes to keep my business running. It's not uncommon for businesses to operate at a loss.
