What are the most efficient English language teaching methods if I wanted to teach it as a second language?

"Communicative Language Teaching" is considered to be the best these days, though strictly speaking it is not a method but only an approach. It is based on the theory of communicative competence, so, the main focus of the teacher is to allow students to speak as much as possible using the target language, ignoring their errors. Role play is a major activity. One can use language games in the class, and the teacher has to create the atmosphere that students have to use the language, with minimum interference from the teacher, without being corrected. At the end, the teacher can reflect on grammar issues.  

The approach has proved quite effective in all the countries where English is taught as a Foreign Language.  

Only with a teacher, better if a native one as only voa this you'll manage to master the tongue 

the most adapted method is the Principled Eclecticism approach.;it is considered as the most suitable technique in teaching  and the appropriate methodology in learning style and context.It is important to know the different methods and techniques so that you would be able to navigate the market and this could boost your enjoyment in teaching,thus many methods could be used from the older to the newer one depending on its usefulness in the classroom and by the teacher himself as he/she needs to have a good understanding of all the various methodologies ,their pros and cons, and how and when to apply each technique.Communicative language technique could be also usefull and much more easy it is productive as the teacher or the learner could spring new knowledges.

I am not an english teacher but because , my english teacher in egypt killed me (I was at kuwait from5 years old to )

In our  is the first language Arabic there is something called alfit bin Malik, it is grammer in poetry way

In english at kuwait i started to learn english in music and poetry way like Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall

so learn with poetry and music are the best ways

all my teachers in kuwait was egyption but there was a big difference , do you know way ? I don't

language is a complex phenomena. we can not teach it by applying a single method. we have to teach various methods to teach a language. language comprises phonetics, syntax, semantics, pragmatics and so on. if we are teaching speaking skills then we have to apply 'L2 Method" , 'Audiolingual Method', 'Natural Method" and so on then we able to teach a language because it is not limited only to grammar skills. grammar is only one aspect of a language. .
