Depends on what are the most urgent issues of that country. If for the Netherlands I'd try to apply a social market economy: private business organized to the Anglo-Saxon society model but healthcare and education more in line with the Rhineland Model. Also, I would try to let go of the short time horizon politicians have and go as much as possible for the long term. Finally, I would try to keep borders open for international trade and migration (as long as it is legal). The current trend towards closing all borders I find very worrying and should be reversed.
