Yes, Bangladesh Govt. has provided various incentives to the women entrepreneur and actively supporting women entrepreneurship. A few approaches are cited below
1. Collateral free loan up to certain limit to start small business.
2. Lower than market interest rate for small and medium business.
3. Grameen Bank (a quasi-public bank) provides collateral free loan and related skill development training to small women entrepreneurs in the rural area for agricultural projects like vegetable growing, cow fattening, goat rearing, poultry farming, fish farming etc. and this has provided a big boost to the agricultural production and economy as a whole.
Finally, the Civil Society and Govt. have tuned the outlook of the society for breakthrough of women entrepreneurship initiative.

No wonder, women are contributing a great portion to our society growth, contribution to global entrepreneurship, contribution to great political power & administration side, contribution to large scale and small scale - local and International businesses. In simple, each and every place where men are also women are with very good winning records, global political leaders understand it well. In my view, all over the world the governments are highly supporting women entrepreneurs with very good priority.
No projects comes to my mind from Poland, but for sure the government supports generally setting up your own business and gives financial backup for good business plan from European funds. Additionally government fights for equal rights at work.
