As a part of team builder i usually observe people and follow their rules till i progressively get clutch of them.
This technique i used over KA , kl and TN people . Hope you would understand. However this takes a good analytical skills which are not possessed by many. However things could be learned with better exposure.

The following techniques are quite useful.
1. Circulate a copy of Organization Mission to all in the weekly staff meeting and also put a copy in Office Notice Board.
2. Be a good communicator and encourage transparency in every respect.
3. The Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) are very good document to disciplined the employee’s attitude behavior and work slow. So, ensure the SOP on procurement, use of vehicle and office equipment( Laptop, mobile phone etc.), travel rules, leave rules, attendances, advance adjustment etc. are in place
4. The Standard Template for all office processes are available (Leave application, advance application, vehicle request process are available and let the people apply these format for requested services.
5. Please provide a copy of HR guidelines to all and let the HR officer explain the same to all staff in a weekly meeting.
always make them feel part of the organization and responsible, encourage improvement and giving their opinion, and always make sure while training your team that they work like a Bee Hives, an organized and professional.
