Do you miss the excitement after reaching the final position you can reach, when no one can give order to you?

i think the excitement is not about being led by managers, excitement is in putting goals and objectives for your self and acheive it. so being suppordinate acheiving the managers goals and following orders is not the only place for excitement, you can put & define visions and acheive the excitement when you leading successfully the company and all your suppordinates to make this vision and goals come true.
