What Are The PC Troubleshooting Process, Step by Step ?

1. Identify the problem

2. Analyze the problem 

3. Ensure the problem ( apart of it )

4. Solve the problem 

5. Ensure the problem is solved or not ( may need test )

6. document the problem(whether necessary or not )

- Identify the problem

- Analyze the problem ( meaning thing through how to fix it )

- take steps to solve the problem

- test the problem

- document the problem

Base on my own understanding when it comes for trouble shooting of a computer sir is the first was ofcourse i will first look at the computer if whats happening and where is the problem came from or what the really problem is, secondly i will analyze the things needed to do the solve the problem, third perform trouble shooting in actual, next is if the first analyzing process has been done and still not solved the problem you must do a second plan to achieve the task well and be done completely.
