In the scenario of world politics this has been the major flaw in thinking and policies of some super states which do not allow this significant approach to prevail thus encouraging war,bloodshed,genocide and so many other evils tremendously adding to human catastrophes and loss Syria,ISIS,SADAM HUSSAIN,India and many ARAB countries are recklessly adding to the miseries of human being. because of aggressive designs and use of brutal force.
