I don't need enough money to start a business. I need a good idea and a market study and feasibility study of this idea. Once all that is in place I can invite investors to invest in my business and I can get this idea out there. I've done that multiple times before and it works.
Back to the core of the question, If i had the time and resources needed I'd buy many agricultural lands / farms and employ peasants and works to operate and run them. We need more of those projects as we're moving into the coming hard times over the next few years.

If ever Iam going to start a business, venturing into FMCG & Capital/Bullion market will be my top priority. There is a huge scope of profits in FMCG where as in the capital market it has potential of quick earnings in short period but with a huge risk.
