For me, Integrated Management System is the best way forward. The system covers all the three important systems.

In my opinion integrating systems is very useful  for the organization especially for the common areas which will be covered once and then will no need for repeat the work over and over which i meaning less, and then the differences areas can be covered easier

Integrating them into 1 Internationally-accepted type of system management would be a better choice for a company. This will create a smooth flow of process interaction. It will be clearly monitored and annually checked based on standard.

Its always best to achieve Integrated Management System.

The advantages are

all of them are taken ahead together (so that none lags behind)

A single certification etc

But for this a huge support from Leadership is very important without which it is an Herculean task.

Integrated Management System will be better than having separate management systems.

The Advantages are:

  • Easy to Manage
  • Reduction in Documentation
  • Easy to conduct audits
  • Top management involvement will be higher
  • Easy to set standards in all perspectives

No. Integration pays more value to improve the aspects equally and there is an inter relationship to demonstrate better.

I think we should improve the existing systems with standards and by making some corrective actions and ther e should be a team or a responsible person to make sure the system is doing well. More than one systems mean more responsibility and difficult to make reports etc.

Building systems is not enough, as these systems must be kept updated, this can be maintained only thru proper evaluation, planning, implementing, corrective action, and putting standards into action, and same should be repeated to stay up to date. Now integration the systems into one system? Of course having one updated system is the best option for proper control.
