Customers are pointing out a big known problem with your product, what do you do as a company to resolve such problem?

Stop production and reassure them that the problem will be addressed in the upcoming product versions. If possible provide a solution to the existing problem and continue production in order to minimize loss.

Survey the problem conducted points and  analyse if rework can be done or not,then rectify .
